For a section 25 company, entering into a agreement in Mumbai (say through MoU) with another NGO (trust/society/s.25 company); how much is the stamp duty to be paid in Mumbai?
By Bombay Stamp Act, I see that its Rs.100 (non-judicial stamp paper/franking) for General Agreements. Please advise. Thanks.
