Stamp duty and other expenses for buying property

Hi, The stamp duty and Registration fee charge are different in all state so in which state u can registration the documents?   

Proper way is to approach the Sub-Registrar of the place where you intend to buy the Flat and show him the document (fully prepared draft).  He will advise you for the proper stamp duty and registration charges.  Builder's office from whom you are buying the flat also should be in a position to answer your query.
