I want to have loan from a bank by mortgaging my property. It would be a legal mortgage as I do not have a registered BAINAMA. Kindly let me know how much stamp duty would be charged on the loan by legal mortgage of property with scheduled bank.

sale agreement executed in the yr 1998 of shop in co-op soc( with full payment of stamp duty and shares transfered on name) BUT AGREEMENT NOT REGISTERED AT THAT TIME..
1)CAN THIS AGREEMENT BE REGISTERED NOW BY PAYING REGISTRATION CHARGES AND DIFFERENCE IN STMP-DUTY AND PENALTY.
2)THIS IS SECOND SALE AND SELLER FROM WHOM IT WAS PURCHASED IS NOT AVAILABLE.WHETHER HIS SIGNATURE IS MUST.
