My friend has borrowed money in 2010 and has signed on an empty stamp paper. Even though he has returned all the money, the borrowee didn't return the stamp paper citing that he lost the papers.
Now, he is asking to repay the money again with the same stamp paper with money taken on 2017. How can we proceed taking legal action against him?
why did'nt you asked the paper before making payments.. it is cheating but how can you prove that you paid the money;
