We have to regsiter LLP partnership document in ROC Mumbai and have purchased stamp paper of appropriate amount in Haryana as we stay here. Can Non Judicial Stamp paper of one state can be used for agreement in other states. Please indicate.

We will notarise in Gurgaon and upload on MCA portal to be reviewed by ROC Mumbai. Value of stamp paper purchased is as per BOMBAY STAMP ACT.
So my question is Is it OK? to Buy Stamp paper from Haryana notarise in Haryana and upload on MCA portal for a LLP registered in Mumbai
