Standing order

Standing order are not ready made ones. You have to prepare draft standing order and submitt before certifying officer for certification. The certifying officer may by Deputy Labour Commissioner or other Authority as may have been notified by your State Goverment. Your draft standing order shoud be in accordance with the Model Standing Order.
