Dear Sir, our one Ltd. company got unregd.lease deed in Mall at gaziabad wherein only100/rs. stamp paper executed between landlord and company.and 3 years are lock in period renewable 9 years at the option of parties.After 6 months of our other ltd. company executed same lease deed of same area from the same landlord since our earlier company is not handling business of same since business demerged also.Tehilsdar/ADM imposed 16,23,000/penalty with other charges. we arugued that earlier co.isdemerged this business intolatest company who executed lease deed by way of proper stamp duty.but ADm passed order stating that parties are different.we filed appeal before board and now matter is at Revenue court.Pl. Elaborate brief submissions which we should place before revenue court.matter is to be heard before 26 oct.
