few advocate says that STATUS QUO works for limited period only!! after some time it become ineffective, it is true?
You must apply for vacation of status qua if that is in force,otherwise face the contempt of court.
However there is cap of six months for stay orders as per supreme court direction and that cap does not apply to stays issued by supreme court in any civil or criminal case.
