Hi,
Iam wife and complainant in 498A case.
498A case is in one of Court of Telangana.
After 4 years of filing the case, now case has been started.
Judge has asked to file the evidence.
Learned friends, please guide me to steps to deal with 498A case.
Any certified copies I need to get from Court like any report from police station, etc., will be there.
Do I need to appoint an advocate?
Please guide me.

You have lodged the complaint with the police. The police registered FIR, completed all formalities of investigation and other issues. Now it is the state/police to conduct the case and not you. You have to appear before the court for deposing your evidence and for cross examination only. What is the reason for your anxiety?
