Dear friends,
I would like to know still how many steps left to hear final judgement in my case, here is my case status.
In feb my adv filed written argumets as my respondent lawyer is not filing evidence, after my arguments res lawyer paid fine and filed evidence and crossing done, judge gave next date for arguments, we told judge we already filed arguments and submitted a citation pertaining to my case in the absence of respondent and her lawyer.
so in next date judge gave for hearing, but respondent attended telling due to holidays my lawyer was unable to file written argument and give next date, in my lawyer absence i argued and requestd judge to give a short date as they are prolonging the case, judge gave 18 days time to file arguments.
so after respondent files written argument is it directly go to judgement?
wht is the difference between hearing and judgement and still how may steps left after respondet arguemnts?
in big confusion kindly clear my lawyers says after they file arguments next step is judgement.
