i have some doubt regarding stridhan as my wife has falsely filed 498a case against me:-
1.does gift given to me like watch,chain etc during and after marriage by my in laws comprise of stridhan.
2. also my wife has taken all her jewellary and majority of clothes while i was away working ,how do i prove that she has taken all her jewellery as now is denying she has taken all her jewellery in CAW cell.i have only some of her clothes and furniture etc.
3.she has prepared a list of stridhan ,out of which majority are false .how to prove her false claims.
Also how does this will effect my AB bail application as i have heard that i cannot get bail without returning her stridhan (majority of list is false) .
