Question is can a flat in co-op housing soc be sublet for commercial purpose.
My hsg society is in Pune Maharashtra.
Chairman has sublet her residential flat to a builder's office ( who has some other interest in redeveloping the same building when it comes to that)
Is it possible to take an action , objection.
If the bye laws are silent then is there a legal provision in Co Op hsg society act prohibiting commercial activity in residential premises.
