Suggestion

i just want to know.. meri wife mujhe sirf iss baat ke liye divorce dene ko bol rahi hai coz me sirf apne bache ko apna surname dena chahta hoon... i belong to schedule cast and she belongs to pandit cast.. and wo abh meri family ke sath nai rehna chahti . nd wo mujhe bol rahi hai ki bacha to maa ka hi hota hai... mujhe pls yeh guide kar do ki wo agar mujh se divorce le toh me apna bacha kaise le sakta hoon. mijhe apna bacha chaihye... mera baby abi sirf 1 month ka hua hai..pls help me how i get my baby...

Kids will have father's surname, approach counsellor to solve your marriage.

unfortunately, young babies custody is given to mothers only, unless you are able to prove convincingly to the court she is not capable to take care of the child.
