A dispute has arisen between a land owner and a builder in respect of a construction agreement between them. In good faith, the construction contractor handed over key to the owner before his final payment is realized. Now on the pretext of alleged deficiency in the quality of construction, the owner has not cleared the final payment. The builder now wants to sue the Land owner. He wants to create a charge for the balance amount. Suit for creation of charge on the property for the balance amount, without suiting for recovery of money. What is the court fee payable in tamilnadu?. Is there any other ideas from our experts in respect of possible relief/s in the circumstances stated above?
