Hi Sir/Madam,
I have taken a personal loan of 13500 from kredit bee. Only submitting Pan card and adhar. Due to some financial and medical issue I have not paid single emi from past 4 months. 2 days back I recieved one what's app message form kredit bee saying that sommon 8s issued for you. It says you have to appear in court.
Yesterday I recieved a one call, he said that you have to attend the court.
But till now I fidnt received any hard copy at my registered address.
Is that can file a nan bailable case on me. Or simply they are creating a fear.
I will pay the loan, but i need time.
Can you please clarify my doubts.
