Summon not received

My friend has a matrimonial issue with his wife since 2 years. He came to know from a source that her wife filed a complaint Case u/s 200 CrPC though he hasn't received any summon/notice from the court yet. And he also came to know from a source that the status of the mentioned case is  SR/AD/Appearence on the next day.

Now my queries are -
1. What he will do as he still not received any Summon from Court ?
2. Can Police arrest him in this case ?
3. What will be the consequences , If he does not appear the next day as he has not received any summons yet ?

Please Sir/Madam give your valuable advice ....

Nothing is going to happen. 200 CrPC is useless. She is harrassing herself

It is your "friend" to worry for the summons.

Advise him to be proactive if there is some "apprehension" of being arrested, which shall not be there if a complaint is filed by "his" wife u/s 200 Cr PC and your statement/ locus standie is true.

However, your "friend" should seek professional services of a local lawyer to keep track and vigil qua the proceedings of the case for "his" advance knowledge.
