Summon not served yet

My friend has a matrimonial issue with his wife since 2 years. He came to know from a source that her wife filed a complaint Case u/s 200 CrPC though he didn't received any summon from the court. And he came to know that the status of the mentioned case is 'Examination of SA'.
Now my queries are -
1. What is meant by 'Examination of SA' ?
2. No summon has been yet served to him ?
3. Can Police arrest him in this case ?
4. What will be his next duty ?
Please Sir/Madam give your valuable advice ?

Telangana police refuse to immediately register complaints of domestic abuse victims. Instead, they are sent for counselling sessions along with their partner, not once but thrice with a gap of 15 days between each session. Police claim their practice is in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Supreme Court in 2014. So fear of arrest by police. Simply answer to the police authorities at the time of counselling.

'SA' could be sworn affidavit. The Court is still verifying the Complaint. Your friend need not be concerned till he receives the summons.
