I have got summons from bandra court to be present in court for the following charge of Mumbai shop and establishment act of 1948
Section 7(2A)
I forgot to renew the license so for not sending renewal fees
Section 51
By not producing register on demand and not keeping record
Rule 20(A)
not displaying nameboard in marathi
How serious is this offence and wat could be fine amount? is there any chance of arrest if yes how many days.
Also do i need to keep a lawyer for this when i goto court?
