The DV filed shows "Notice_Unready" online. But I received a call from police station saying come and receive the notice. What should I do? Can a warrant be issued in this case??
DV is filed in another city and I received the call from that police station not my local one..
Please help..What should I do??
Dear querist,
Warrant may be issued if you dnt appear after service of summons, next time when police calls you asked them forward the summon to local police station.
