Supreme Court directions on maintenance

I have been hearing a lot about supreme court directions to lower courts not to dismiss ANY maintenance case at all !!! At least that's what 99% of lawyers I met said. When was it done? Is it being implemented across India without any partiality? I think no husband can win any maintenance case after this.I would like to know what you people are doing after this implementation.

As I mentioned earlier most of the lawyers says you cannot skip maintenance at any cost (even if your wife is well qualified & has crores of properties/income) but no one is providing me a proof where SC has given this direction.I cannot understand on what basis it was done.
