Surname not correct in all my documents

Respected sir, My complete name is Rapelly Karthik. But my SSC memo has Rampelli Karthik. An extra M is there in my surname. My PG certificate, my organization where I work and even passport and all other documents have got Rampelli as surname. I have got an affidavit done saying Karthik Rapelli is correct name. But, am still wondering if this is gonna be a problem in future. Please let me know what can be done for this.
