I enrolled myself as an Advocate in August 2011 after clearing All India Bar Examinations (AIBE), I was in the first batch to which the exams were applicable.
I want to surrender my sanad now as I am moving to salaried employment. But my question is that If after a few years if I want to reenroll myself as an advocate would I have to give the AIBE again? According to the Bar Council of Maharashtra they say that I will have to! Please suggest.
