Takeover of house by tenant

at taluka level,in  municipal council a house is given to tenanat from last 15 years

no rent agreement at all

is there way tenant take ownership of house?

a tenant is a tenant even if he rents the house for 30 years.he cant lay any claim over the house

Hello Sarvana sir,

    a tenent has a right to stay or vacate the house if he has been staying in the house for more than 20 years ?

is the above statement true?? i am also facing a similar situation as sagar jadhav ,

i gave my house for rent now he is telling he will not vacate the house as he is staying for last 20 years,kindly help what can be done from my end i would like him to vacate my premises.

Same thing applies in your case too.send him a notice to vacate within fifteen days if he doesn't then file a eviction petition

Thre is one slogan in Law called " Once a tenant ALWAYS a tenant". Is is prescribed in license that after expiry of license period all rights are extinguised to tenant provided there must be registed document.
