Taking my child when my wife got separated from me with child

Hi Experts,

Past 2 years my wife deserted me without any reasons with child and she is not allowing me to visit my child.I have filed RCR before 1 year and still she is cot coming to court.She attended only one hearing.

Now am planning to file for divorce based on desertion and mental torture with child visitation rights.Its been 2 years, i did not see my child.Even i please her to show my child once in the first coulciling and through SMS, emails.She is not responding me.

Now i came to know she has joined my child in a play school near by her house.What happens if i pick my child from there?.At least I will be happy to spend few days with my beloved child.Let her go to court and take proper custody order.Till that time i just want to be with my child.Please tell me what are all the consequences should I face and acations will she take in this situation?

Take you child from play school and then file a custody case against your wife asking the court to give custody of your children to you.

hit her where it hurts best , this I'm saying Bcoz why would she stop u from seeing ur own children , as if she used a dildo to get pregnant . What nonsense these women are doing , why would you bring children in between ?

file an fir against her , if u know is she having any illicit contact if she is really then I'm sure u will get the kids

dont loose hope , fight for your rights only when you think you are right.

No court can stop u from seeing ur own children
