TODAY IS 23/7/12 BUT MY CAR IS NOT COMPLETED ON TILL DATE. I COMPLAINT TO TATA MOTOR CUSTOMER CARE TOLL FRE NO MORE THAN FOUR TIMES THEY ALWAYS PROVIDE ME A COMPLAINT.NO AND TOLD ME PLZ CONTACT MR. AJAI SHARMA. MR. TRIPATHI,AND MANY MORE I CONTACT THEM THEN MR, SHARMA REPLY UR CAR IS COMPLETED NAD READY U COME AND CHECK IA M ALWAYS GO SERVICE CENTER BUT MY CAR IS NOT READY WHEN I CALL TO MR, SHARMA HE TOLD ME I CALL U BACK BUT THERE IS NO REPLY. CUSTOMER CARE TOLD ME UR CAR DELIVERED U ON THIS DATE AFTER DWO DAYS BUT TILL DATE MY CAR IS NOT READY AND ALL OF TATA MOTORS EMPOLYES COMMUNICATE ME ALWAYS WRONG INFORMATION . WHEN I PLANNED BUYING A NEW CAR I THINK TATA MOTOR IS GOOD BUT NOW I TOLD TATA MOTOR IS ONE OF THE WROST CO.IN AUTOMOBILE SECTOR. IN CUSTOMER RELATION SATISFICTATION AND ALL THINGS IS VERY POOR.
