Will anyone be kind enough to clarify the rules/guidelines with specific reference applicable to proceedures and fee/tax to be paid in getting transferred the ownership of a Car registered in Pune (MH) to Bhopal (MP). This is on the basis of a piquant situation demanding the full tax applicable for MP by RTO when the life tax is paid in MH. Moreover, certain reciprocal arrangement between MP and MH is there in terms of taxation for commercial vehicles.
