Logon to www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and select the IncomeTax return form for your type of income. After having downloaded the Excel Utility, you are require to furnish all details in the Excel Utility and also cross check the same with thefigures mentioned in your form 16A. You can scan 16A form and upload in the website.
