where the private temples raised in about 1930 are registered in maharashtra? can we get a copy of the registration and if not available can we ask government to form a trust of the temple ?if we are legal heirs of the said temple can we form a private trust? if there is objection of the current owner who is a relative in blood relation of us which court to approach to file a legal suite? PLEASE ANSWER AND HELP ME as the marble board in the temple quothes that my great grandfather who later adopted my father and became my grandfather,his name is written on that board as the trustee and also written that he will remain the trustee, but we have no possession and documental proof of the trusteeship.HELP ME PLEASE.
