We have one tenant since October 2013, family of 04 persons, Husband wife and two kids, last year husband expired, this year we renew agreement in July with wife name on request of her, as she not possess any ID and required agreement for it.
Now her mother lives with her, Wife parents lives in same town, few days when we say to keep the premises clean, they get angry and saying that we are not giving any rent and not even vanct your house and trap you in wrong case.
They are living on first floor, and ground floor other tenant, we live in another colony.
We also came to know that Husband family file the case against wife and inlaws regarding property and other disputes, and came to know that there character is not good.
We have receipt of Police verification, signed agreement on Rs 500 stamp paper.
May I what we do, as they are females with kids ?
