Tenant refusing to vacant

The house I was living in belonged to my mother and we had two rented shop. Now, the property has been transferred on my name but when I asked to shop owners to vacant the shops they refused saying "we have been here long enough, we won't move", what are legal options I have to get my shops backs? please help.
