hello there
(1) tenant has been asked by SDM to vacate rented house by 30th july 2013. the satements of tenant and landlord has been recoreded by courts of SDM. what if tenant fails to vacate house on 30th july 2013.
(2) are there any means by which tenant gets relaxation till he gets a suitable accomodation or is it mandetory to vacate that house on 30 july 2013.
(3) legal advisor of tenant says to go to the courts for stay order. is it correct in order to get relaxation till suitable accomodation is worked out by tenant.
please suggest.
