My TEP is Successful, ITO sent a report saying that In-laws didnt gave any dowry of 10 Lakhs in the marriage. Actually In-Laws Gave a written statement to the ITO of this. Now i am going to file perjury on them in DVC and MC. My Question is Can i file even 383, 327, 330,331 of IPC for filing False 498A to extort Money.
