HI ankita you read full term of condition when you join here which organzitaion work now what written their and  if their any bond or contrac plz read  it other you talk with your manager and ask him why they not accept your resigantion letter 

if they not do that than you go in labour court and give application their and sent notice from court 

you help local lawyer on this matter

Tender resignation stating that you are willing to serve notice period. Send this resignation through speed/ registered post if possible. Work till the notice period and stop going to the office thereafter. After that again claim in writing about your dues and full and final settlement. If the managemnet does not reject your resignation in writing it will be deemed that such resignation has been accepted. However, if they reject in writing citing some cause, then you can take professional advice from a labour law advocate to counter such letter.
