I want to bring in your kind notice that I had join do mobile pvt Ltd on dated 25september 2017. During my tennure I was fully loyal and dedicated for company but still my company sacked me without any prior notice. Further I want to say that company should have paid me one month salary as they dismissed me without prior notice but they failed. Despite of my much efforts company is not paying me.
Please look into the matter.

Dear querist,
Send legal notice to your employer asking for ground of your dismissal. If your dismissal is against the law and provision of labour law then you are eligible for compensation and one month salary.
