Testimony for court in bangladesh

My youngest Uncle 'X' and we all came to India from Bangladesh in 1970. "X" died in 1982, in West Bengal and I did his ritual (sraddho kriya ) activities at that time in West Bengal. Four years after  "X" died and his family was in West Bengal, "X''s  nephew  made a false deed in Bangladesh in 1986. That deed says  "X" sold all his property  to them (after 4 years of his death!).

X's son has moved to Bangladesh now permemanently and is fighting to recover his father's property. There is case in Bangladesh Court against this false deed. I want to be an Witness about "X"'s death in 1986. What are the ways I can do that?

Your help/Advice will be highly appreciated.

Do you have any death certificate of so called "X"?

We do not have original death certificate made in 1982. At that time "X" was in very poor condition and family was not smart enough to have a death certificate filed.

But we are preparing a death certificate now using proper government rules and procedure in India. We plan to send that Death Certificate in Bangladesh. But in addition, I also like to be an witness if possible ( since the original certificate in not done in 1982).

I do not now how you can obtain a death certoificate of a person who died in 1982 and which was not reported at that time. If you can manage toget it that should suffice. if you are to be examined as witness X's son should get summons issued to you through the court there.
