Dear Experts ..
Today i received an assesment from the local assesment officer asking me to pay a sum of Rs 14000/- as the cess for the house that i contructed in 2001 .
follwing are the doubts ..
The assesment value done by the authority is not correct .the amount i incurred was around Rs 6 Lakhs
Am i eligible to pay this since the assesment came after 11 long years ..
Can this assesment be challenged in a court
