1. Whether the notice issued by the Municipal Commissioner u/s 456 of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act will be binding on the Tennants,
2. what is the evidentionay value of notice issued by the Commissioner u/s 456 of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, ?
3. Whether tennants can claim any rights under Dilipidated house 30 days after the issuance of notice under section 456 of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act ?
