Third exectution in a year u/s 128 crpc is possible

Third execution within a year u/s 128 crpc I had fixed maintaince of rs 10k per month . By court after 4 months delay i start paying . After every 2 or 3 month one execution is filled against for pending . Some advocate told me in one year on one execution is possible . Advocate of spouse has used in one execution his name and in next two direct ly by spouse . Plz reply
