My son Nilesh requested for a support of lawyer in family court at Bilaspur (c.g.). He had stated that as he has to come from Nagpur to Bilaspur and if by any reason he could not attend at time then there may be any judgement which may be against me. The applicant Smt.Shweta has taken objection stating there are many trains from Nagpur to Bilaspur. The judge stated that he can take out side support but no lawyer is allowed in family court. So please guide what he can do
