Time to teach a lesson to inlaws!

Dear Experts,

Iam divorsed and to harass me My inlaws has conducted many inquires including submitting the petetion in the Local PS regarding my education, etc now but nothing came against me and recently they have sent one letter to my office ian working in a Govt Sector stating that my ex-wife is persuing BA 1st year and for marriage she left the studies and in HC in another case my inlaw and my ex-wife put the petetion that she is not well educated and on behalf of her, her father will attend the case.

Can i lodge a complain against them for putting false information in Local PS / HC / Office they  are harassing me for past 5 years and now they have given in writing different statments in HC / Office regarding education etc, so pls advise how to teach them a lesson.

Thanks in advance

The type of allegations given in this post do not provide any ground for department to intiate Disciplinary case to the employer.

From your post it appears that even police has not found any material to initiate case against you.

Anyway defamation can stillbe moved if allegations made in such letters can be proved as false. Letter in specific is to be seen as the contencts are not clear from your post.
