I need help on four topics and latest case law of S.C. :
1. Plaintiff claiming property ascentral ( which is in his name at present) in original plaint and without joining other brothers and sister, when one of his brother apllied for joining him as party after 13 years of filling suits, he replied in his answer that the same property he purchased out of his own income.
2. Plaintiff applied for permanent injuction against respondent brother who is in possession since last 35 years and also ask for relief in prayer column for cancellation of POA & sale agreement he entered in to of Rs. 2,.00,000/- without paying court fees stamp ( he valued suit with Rs. 300/-)
3. Plaintiff do not have custody of share certificate as well as any receipt for payment made towards purchase of property.
4. Plaintiff not comes with clean hands and suppression of material facts.
