He has to search the property record where it is kept. It may be Sub-Registrar Office, It may be Circle office, Gram Panchayat Office,Civil Court. In some cases Regional Town planning office. question-(iii) Which Things One has to consider while doing Title Investigation ? One has to see the transactions in respect of the property and correct reccording of the effects of the same. i.e. mutations are in order of the transactions.
