Title of ownership

hi

 

my grandfather has two daughter and two sons, he gifted his self owned property to his daughter which was unmarried ,she died this year leaving behind no will

my question is can father revoke the gift he made to his daughter or her brothers , sister and father have equal share in the property

can the brothers and sister can contest for share in the property

 

pls reply?

if the name of the daughter had come on the record of the sub-registrar or the talhati's office then the gift deed cannot be revoked.

All the legal heirs will have an equal share in the property, including father and mother too.

could you pls inform the procedure to file property suit if the father has fraudently without taking consent of the legal heirs transfered the title of the said property in his name.

If kul got transferred land on his name under 32G and became owner by paying 250 rupees. And later after some yearsowner sold property to some one else.
