Please give me the judgement of HIGH COURT OR SUPREME COURT regarding the Special backlog recruitment process & available GR of office Standing Orders.
I was recruited with 12 other candidates in Maharashtra's Aurangabad District in a Urban Co-operative Bank vide special Backlog recruitment drive taken in year 2003 by state governments order/policy to fill up the backlog of reserved category clerk post. Bank given the Advertise, taken the written exam & oral of successful candidates. After that issued a order of 6 months. In this order it was clear mentioned that the after the completion of 6 months you will be taken on probation, Instead of to take on probation bank terminated our service for one day and again issued order of 3 months, this happened nearly four time.
After that they have issued a order probation & after six month on probation issued the confirmation order.
We are getting probation after 18 months, but as we know that as per the policy of government once a post of backlog person is filled up then the recruited candidate cannot be terminated by giving him any proper reason notice, if you want to terminate those person before that u have to terminate the other filled up person.
kindly provide me the judgement of any court regarding the backlog recruitment and the fundamentals of backward class candidates.
