To start a new ielts coaching centre in cochin

Dear Sir, I am based in Cochin and operating an established institute for computer courses, fashion designing and beautician courses; and conducting it in my own commercial space. But I want to start a IELTS Coaching Center in my premises. .I suppose there is some IELTS governing body in India which sanctions this....cud u give a feedback on this pls???.
