Hi devi first i suggest you talk with your father and tell them all condition if their no change than you give application in locale police station regarding your mental harrassment and other as well as 

you got help from police if not than you give application in locale court than you got help

your father needs to make a decision as to what he needs to do with his new wife. If the mental torturing continues you should approach the police rather than the courts. Make sure your father is happy with your decision before everything goes wrong. This means that she may file further accusations against your father which may come as a surprise. Thanks sir.. yes my father wants me to file this... he knws how much i tolerated everyting... i want to teach her a lesson... no woman sud b like tis.. an insult to womanhood.. i wud.like to go to court as tat wud i guess guarantee a better outlook to this problem
