My friend is fighting a divorce case in Bangalore. Her wife appeared once in Bangalore court and still have not
filed even objection after 11 months of the case. To harass him she has filed maintanance case in Sewani MP.
she has also gone to supreme court to get the divorce case transfered to Sewani.
My friend has file objections in the supreme court to prevent his case getting transferred. What must he
do to prevent it. On what ground it can be transferred.
I heard that it is very difficult to get a divorce case transferred to a different state and his wife has kept
supreme court in dark about her maintanance case which she filed to harass my friend.
She could have seeked maintanance under divorce case itself.
