Transfer of ancestral property

My query is that After death of my mother, My father married again. she had one daughter from her first husband. My father divided his property in 3 parts. 2 parts for me and my brother and 1 one part for his own. and he said after him, His part divided in 4 parts. 2 for me and brother and 2 for second mother and her daughter. Is there is any share of
second mother's daughter from first husband in ancestral property? and Can my father transfer his share ancestral property to second mother and her daughter.

Dear querist,

Your father can transfer his own share in ancestral property to anyone.

Ur father has correctly divided the share for eachduring his life time. Don't be greedy for least share which he had given for his step daughter.u accept her with broad mind.as ur sister he has safeguarded all of u during his life time with bonafide interest.

sometimes it's not called greed to save your ancestral property from wrong hand. I am happy for my sister but I afraid of my second mother who tortured my grandfather and grandmother and my father always supported her . They have already evicted my father from his property but my father took advantage of grandfather's illness and took whole property in own name. I don't want any profit from property but I want to save my property. If u believe me then please give me suggestion. Thanks.

If you have not agreed with the above experts advise, then file partition suit in court.
