Dear Sir/Maam,
My query is about transfer of name in the family on 7/12.
My step dad and my mother own agricultral land in titwal (maharashtra) for the last 25 years, my step dad passed away couple of years back and now the property and 7/12 is on my mothers name.
We are two brothers who did not take our step dad's last name but my mother changed hers, my step dad has no children.
My question how can our mother transfer the 7/12 and the property on our names even if it does not match hers.
