We recently got a land around 2.8 acres in Vilupuram District of Tamilnadu. The total land in the Patta No is 3.67 Hectare. When we went to the VO to get a Subdivided Patta for the land we bought they informed that out of the total 3.67 Hectare only our area around 2.8 acres is in the map and records and they are not sure where is the balance land and they cannot give us a patta and we should approach the Vilupuram District Collectors Office.
Kindly advice how to get the patta in this case for our land.
